Welcome! My name is Alexis and I am a Licensed Social Worker and Sex Therapist in Maryland and Virginia. What if sexual satisfaction wasn’t simply your fantasy, but your actual reality?

When clients (individuals and couples) come to me for sex therapy, they are ready to address what’s keeping them from sexually-fulfilling experiences and nourishing intimate relationships.

I love to work with clients in a variety of areas pertaining to sex and relationships such as: introducing/navigating polyamory and ethical non-monogamy, exploring/owning your kinks (including BDSM) and sexual desires, kink as a therapeutic practice, communication about sexual needs and wants with your partner, low sex or low desire relationships (when couples slow down or stop having sexual interactions), and navigating single life (online dating and hookups).

I take an eclectic approach, drawing from Emotion Focused Therapy, attachment theory, and a whole lot more. Why? Because one size doesn’t fit all, and I’m here to help you with your unique needs. In my world, there’s no room for judgment—just a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore, learn, and grow.
